His career encompasses the manufacturing of plastics and metal parts, operations and materials management, start-up and relocation of plants, staff training, and cost reduction. He has worked in multicultural environments with English, German, and French-speaking personnel, also standing out for his experience in translating technical manuals and his ability to optimize production processes.

Sergio Berumen Velázquez

With more than 16 years of experience in Human Resources, he has led recruitment and selection processes for administrative, operational, and managerial staff, implementing talent attraction strategies at a national level. His career encompasses the management of compensation and benefits to ensure internal and external competitiveness, as well as the administration of labor relations aimed at promoting a respectful and collaborative environment. He has participated in union negotiations and in the effective resolution of conflicts, in addition to designing retention policies and programs that have contributed to reducing the turnover of key personnel. With extensive knowledge of Mexican labor regulations, he ensures compliance with current legislation and is distinguished by his ability to align human capital objectives with business strategy, standing out for his strong leadership, results orientation, and focus on organizational development.

He is an Industrial Engineer from IPN, with a Master of Business Administration from ITAM (CDMX); he has more than 15 years of experience working in multiple sectors such as Automotive, Metalworking, Fire Protection, and Hydraulics; developing in areas of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Hygiene & Safety, Facilities & Real Estate working for German and North American companies. His career has been developed in the following companies: - Robert Bosch Mexico (Germany) - Kidde Firefighting Systems (USA) - Otis Elevator (USA) - Ford Motor Company (USA) His areas of expertise are: - Project evaluation (NPV, IRR, WACC) - SLP methodology (Systematic Layout Planning) for manufacturing plant and office design. - Quality Tool Box: (5S, TPM, Poka Yoke, 7 wastes, Ishikawa, OEE) - Hygiene and safety audits & property audits using risk analysis methodology. - Commissioning for construction projects.
